There are two articles in Amiga Transactor covering the LUCAS board
the first is December 1988 and the other is August 1989.
The first one covers the LUCAS board itself and the second covers the a 32bit
4 meg memory board.

The gentleman that designed the board can be reached at

There are also files that can be FTPed that describe the board.
