My feelings exactly. However, I would hope that if anyone does this for profit, that Fred should get some benefit from this, too. Whether or not Fred has a compilation copyright on his library, I think that for his effort in maintaining the library (for how long now, nearly 5 years?) he deserves some of the rewards. Of course, in case you can't tell, I think a Fish CD-ROM would be a great success.
