|and the third looks bad.  Is this true?  I'm surprised I haven't

	I heard in the news that most of the charges were dropped on statutory
grounds.  Meaning, the merits of the case weren't considered- some legal
procedures hadn't been correctly followed.  (I think Xerox might have waited 
too long to press their claim.)
	I don't know about the charages that weren't dropped, though.
