Power Windows 2.0 does all that for you.  It's easy to use and
their code generator comments what they're up to, so you can
hack on it, if you need to.  It works with both Latice (they say),
and Manx (I know).  It seems a very polished product.  They have
some sort of demo floating on BBS that does not generate code, but
shows you window/menu/screen/button creation and their UI.
