I need a way to chop the extra (last) frame off of a Deluxe-paint III anim file.
Supposedly there is a PD prg out there that lets you insert/remove from from
an anim file.  The specific problem is this: I need an anim (of a clock) to run
from start to finish and that is it, I called EA and they say the Dpaint assumes
the animation to be cyclic and takes frame #1 on to the end. HELP!
