Because it has never been proven that NoiseTracker isn't based at
least in part on SoundTracker, which is a copyrighted product.

This is why I won't carry it.

However, I (currently) don't have a problem with original composition
modules, or with IntuiTracker (the playback program, which appears to be
untainted).  You'll see these on abcfd20 in the future...
