Message-ID: <3502@leah.Albany.Edu> Date: 9 Aug 90 16:50:20 GMT Organization: The University at Albany, Computer Services Center Lines: 16 The other day I was manipulating some sound files on the workbench, when suddenly (for a reason I'm not quite sure of...) my Amiga produced a software failure. Okay, no big deal, this happens every now and then... but this time every time I boot up, I get a "Battery Backed up Clock not found" message, produced when my Startup-Sequence issues a SETCLOCK LOAD command. Now I know that I have a clock, it didn't disappear on me. I've tried resetting it with a number of commands and methods both from the workbench and CLI, but to no avail. Am I doing something wrong? Is there a way to remedy this situation? Thanks in advance. -- <=-/-_-=-_-\-~-=-~-/-_-=-_-\-~-=-~-/-_-=-_-\-~-=-~-/-_-=-_-\-~-=-~-/-_-=-_-\-=> { Ron Bangel Computing Services Center State University of New York at Albany } { rb4572 or ronb@rachel.albany.edu "Speak softly and wield a loud guitar!" } <=-\-~-=-~-/-_-=-_-\-~-=-~-/-_-=-_-\-~-=-~-/-_-=-_-\-~-=-~-/-_-=-_-\-~-=-~-/-=>
