	1.0 wasn't "finalized" either.  1.1 came along and stabilized the
system, fixing copious bugs.  2.0, much as we'd like to claim the contrary,
has bugs and misfeatures.  CBM is aware of many 2.0 problems, so they will
undoubtedly address those problems the same way they addressed 1.0 problems:
release a new version.
