I have determined how to use the ALT keys to enter all the alternate
characters (hex A0 through FF) except for D7, D8, F7, and F8.

What magic combination of keypresses is required to enter these characters?
D7 (the multiplication sign), F7 (the division sign), D8 (uppercase "O" with
a slash), and F8 (lowercase "o" with a slash).
