We recently received a DN3500, and I began installing the software using MINST. I configured the system as a BSD system. After feeding it the OS tapes, I rebooted and followed the directions to establish the registry. The command /etc/server -p /etc/llbd failed, because, indeed, llbd did not exist. The 3500 will be working with some 2500's, also just acquired. Am I correct that I need to install the registry & daemon? If so, is the absence of llbd in /etc a trivial mistake I can fix quickly or should I go through the complete installation process again? Thanks for your help. David Todd Wesleyan University
