Way back when, several firms offered replacement chips for the Apple II series
that turned your keyboard into a "Spanish" keyboard; also displaying the
changed characters on the screen.  Check with schools that teach Spanish
and/or user groups in the Southwest, and maybe someone has one of these, or
can give you more specific information.
