It just came to my attention that Arcgsh V3.0 has not yet been posted to
comp.binaries.atari.st because Steven Grimm did not receive it when I
sent it to him on June 1st. I on my side did not get any error message.
The reason might be that I "posted" it to comp.binaries.atari.st which
should be transformed into ordinary mail to the moderator by the news system.

I have just sent Arcgsh V3.0 off to Steven again. Hopefully he will
receive it this time.
