At around 100 or so (I'm stuck at 114) the computer gets fast. At 114 I am totally overwhelmed (its been suggested that I go back to the previous game and win by a different score so I can miss world 114, as it may be "flukily" hard. > And last but not least, there is an undocumented wandering monster > creeping the plains of the game! He's *one* of the undocumented nasties. Yeah, he ate up a good number of my guys one game (not by leaving a trail -- he just slurped them up whole). There's at least one other. A magician on a flying carpet from Earth First has been seen several times planting long rows of trees. If one of your settlements happens to be in his way, Oh Well. Other notes. The computer cheats. It never digs out rocks (at least not in the higher levels). If it moves the land level the rock is gone. As to my being stuck at world 114: The computer there is TOUGH. I can't rebuild the land fast enough to keep away from earthquakes. Swamps appear under my leader before I can dig them out. After I hold my own against the computer for about 20 minutes, he goes knight crazy. You can't drown 'em, and even if you manage to, that #$@! holy noise happens every 2 minutes or so. I honestly don't see how I'm going to defeat it. Well, just my thoughts.
