I've finally found some pins small enough to make a serial cable for my 48SX. The cable works fine to transfer from the 48 to my PC......but that is not the case for the other way around. Can anyone give me any clues to what the problem is? My cable is about 7 feet (I know it's probably too long) with the pins connected as follows: (IBM computer, 9-pin serial port) HP PC --- --- 1 1 2 2 3 3 4 5 (numbering the HP pins with the #4 pin closest to the IR) Also, I'm using Procomm + as my Kermit server on my PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. - -Dan
