(FTP and Telnet) Answer: It depends ;-) It depends on what manner of 3000 you're talking about. If it is the 'classic' (MPE/V) 3000 (Series 70,68,58,...) then you should get in touch with Wollongong. You will also need to be running an apropriately 'new' V-Delta MIT - something in a V/D-5 or greater to get Ethernet... If you are talking about ARPA services on XL's (Series 9XX), the answer is to really pester your sales rep for information - they've been given the 'scoop' on what can and can't be said that the rest of us don't have. Again, it will likely require running an apropriately 'new' XL Release - probably something greater than 2.1.
