During a move from the United States to Austria/Europe last October
I misplaced the motherboard manual for my DTK FAST-386 Motherboard.

Can anyone send me AT LEAST the description of the block of
dipswitches on the motherboard, which control such things as the
built-in serial and parallel boards, memory config, etc.

I would also appreciate it if someone can send me DTK's US or
Far Eastern address, voice phone and fax numbers.
