Lines: 22 First, Thanks for all who replied via e-mail. The mail was about split, 50% had same or similar problem, 50% thought it was a great product, and what are you complaining for. Anyway, after more searching, I found in the SSTSETUP program, in the ADVANCED functions menu is the format option. Pressing F1 for Help at this point gives a lot of good info, including something like: Hey! Drive running too slow? <120KBS???? Try reformatting using an interleave of 1. Gee, wouldn't it be nice if stuff like this was indexed in the manual instead of in a pragraph in the 5th screen of help on the 4th menu option???
