Any suggestions? Summary: NEC 3D Keywords: monitor, SVGA Message-ID: <1368@challenger.nsc.com> Date: 7 Aug 90 22:22:01 GMT References: <2359@east.East.Sun.COM> Reply-To: my@challenger.UUCP (Michael Yip) Distribution: na Organization: National Semiconductor, Santa Clara Lines: 14 Right now, I am using the NEC 2A monitor with the Paradise VGA board. The highest resolution that I can display with Window 3.0 is 800x600x16. It's pretty good. And I recommend them. I am also planning of getting a system with higher resolution. The NEC 3D will be a pretty good choice (I think) and the VRAM card will be able to display 1024x768x16(256?) in the interlace mode. Interlace mode is "OK" but not too great for something like circuit design or CAD drawing. -- Mike my@dtg.nsc.com
