The model number is FK302-26. It says it was made for W.D. by Fuji Electric, Ltd, of Japan. This is a 3.5", half-height drive. It appears to be MFM (or RLL), as it has two connectors. I was told it is 20Mb. From the defect map, I can tell it has at least four heads and 435 cylinders. Communication with W.D. has repeatedly resulted in them sending the wrong information. I would like to know the following info: # of head, # of cylinders, # of sectors, write-precompression, landing zone, how to activate/deactivate the terminating resistor, and the purpose of the 12 switches. If you could provide any of this information, or an address/phone# of Fuji Electric, I would appreciate it greatly. Terry Acker (206) 342-9669 ....uunet!bcstec!evtprp0b!tea6219
