Since the card supports 1024x768x256 color, and uses a TMS34010 - YES, since
you can get a library from Texas Instruments to provide 8514/A emulation.
I have not tried it, as I have an HGS card, but not the library.

Also, what happened to the HGS users' mailing list ???
