Hi,
 
I'm trying to find out how to use the high resolution modes on my
Cardinal 600 VGA card.  Does anyone have the source for a program
that uses the 640x480x256 mode?  Does anyone know where I can find
a book that explains how to poke into the video memory?  The
thing I really need to know is how to do the bank switching necessary
to write to the video memory.
