This has nothing to do with anything.  Gee, let's create comp.sex.pictures
too, since more sites get comp.* than alt.*!  And, while we're at it,
why not sci.nude, or perhaps news.forsale?

Besides, this discussion is in the wrong place.  Discussion about a
new newsgroup should go in news.groups, not comp.sys.ibm.pc.misc.
