Here are a recap of the steps which I have successfully used (from memory): 1) Type in the label info (I use the standard font and line spacing = 1) I start the beginning of each label 6 lines apart (eg 3 lines of address and 3 blank lines). 2) Set the page formatting left margin = .5" right margin = .5" top margin = .2" bottom margin = .2" Set the page layout to the following: columns per page = 3 space between columns = 1" 3) Double check the line lengths (if too long, you might split the line or reduce the left/right margins and the space between columns.) Note: the space between columns should be double the left margin. 4) Use page preview to verify that the page(s) look correct. I would suggest that you double check the top/bottom margins (different brands of labels start at different points on the paper). I prefer the 3M labels (they are the easiest to remove from the paper. I find this extremely helpful especially after several hundred labels. A couple of notes: If you use a font other than the standard courier font, make sure that the line spacing is set to LI=1 and that the letters do not overlap. This makes it easier for the postal machines to process the address. Good Luck, Paul
