Help! I am trying to hookup an HP LaserJet II to an RT
running AOS 4.3 through a parallel port (lp0).

1. Does anyone have a printcap entry for this printer
   that they can send me?

2. Does any one know how to get the RT to send CR+LF
   instead of just LF at the end of each line.
