The printer here has been running for a year and a half with no attention other than replacing expendable parts (some of them EXPENSIVE). All I had to do to get it going was 0) Unpack the printer and plug it in. 1) Put in the correct diskette. 2) Change one of the DIP switches. 3) Run `devices' to tell the system that I had a printer, not a terminal, on the serial line.
