This past weekend I got a MacII logic board swap and I backed up my
HD40 to 13 2.4Mb diskettes via Rapport/Drive 2.4 with FastBackII, which
I got for free with the drive.  Upon changing the board, the drive was
fine (someone warned me that the new ROMs might not like the drive).  I
was psyched, so I dragged all my folders to the trash.  I was not able
to "Erase Disk" but I did a full restore.  It worked just as I
expected.  What's your problem?
