Message-ID: <1990Aug8.094914.8873@canterbury.ac.nz> Date: 8 Aug 90 08:16:29 GMT Organization: University of Canterbury Lines: 29 HELP. I started up my Mac this morning, and attempted to access some of the Tech notes I recently downloaded. These were in a folder on one of my HD partitions, or a least they were a couple of days ago. The contents of this folder have now disappeared and attempting to open the folder gives a File/Folder not found error. This is not too depressing as I can live without the lost files, however, when I try to trash the now useless folder I am unable to empty the Trash, I get a "Folder not Empty" error and low and behold the folder reappears exactly where it came from. How do I get around this and get rid of the #%@#*&* folder without reformating the partition? Please E-mail responses, if/when the problem is solved I will post the solution.
