I am trying to get some information regarding Mac video products.  In 
particular I would like to know which standard Apple uses for their
monochrome and color graphics cards (RS343, RS170, or other.)  Also, I
would like to know specific information regarding dot clock frequencies and
refresh rates used in Mac video products.  If you have information
about third party video products I would like that also.
