   I'm having a little trouble binding my icons to my application.  I'm trying to 
follow Chernicoff(sp?) for this, but can't seem to get it to work.  Would someone
please send me a step-by-step description of how to get those things working.  Or,
just let me know what I _really_ need to worry about.
