The address field is probably zero, instead the bitmap data would just immediately follow the BitMap record structure. Try a quick check on the length of the bitmap data (following the above assumption), and see if it agrees with the height of the bounds rectangle multiplied by the rowbytes. If the data is too short, it may be compressed with good old PackBits. Just random thoughts. I mean, how complicated could it be...?
