I was trying to use an MBAR resource, so I didn't have to "roll my own" menus, and I couldn't get a mouse click event tagged as ocurring in the menubar. I changed my source back to using GetMenu() and InsertMenu(), and it still didn't see the menubar, at least as far as mouse click events were concerned. So I threw out the file, and re-entered the mods to an old copy that worked, changed it so that it used MBAR, and lo! it worked as advertised! Bottom line, I don't know what happened, but it was weird. Thanks and a tip o' the hat to Mike Schechter for his helpful suggestions.
