I have just uploaded the DSP archives from Todd Day's mailserver onto
the submissions directory of cs.orst.edu and onto pub/nextDSP directory
of nova.cc.purdue.edu.  All of Todd's files are there intact, although
I did uudecode and concatinate the files so that they are in tar.Z format.

Thanks Todd, and I hope this takes a little bit of the load off of your
2400baud modem.
