Currently, we use 9-track tapes to cart the data back and forth. We also have a 9600 baud RJE link between the two computers but it is way too slow. We have investigated an Ethernet TCP/IP interface for the mainframe and found that it costs alot of money. What other options are there? (A higher speed RJE link would probably be acceptable). car. -- Christopher A.
