I can't seem to discover how to refresh my display after it's been trashed
by, say, a "screenload".  "xrefresh" doesn't work, and pushing the
"Refresh" button in the Workspace Utilities menu (when I can find it!)
doesn't work either.  I'll take any type of code (sh, csh, psh, or C).
This is a Sun 4/110 running Open Windows 1.0.1 under SunOS 4.0.3.
