There is no mechanism for receiving binary files from mailserv at
this time. There is currently a new internet standard being
developed for transfer of binary files as text and when that is
completed, it will be supported by mailserv. The author of
mailserv (who is a local) has no desire to support any other
exchange formats, unfortunately.
