Hello,
our institute uses some other text processing systems besides TeX (namely
FrameMaker, TPS, troff) and we plan to develop a system which allows to
enter bibliographies easily, to search, and to output them in the different
formats (bibtex, refer, ...). Our first approach is to use a small database
and to write a nice interface and some transformers from and to the different
formats. Has anyone done this or something similar before (this *must* have
happend :-) ? I'm also interested in approaches that cover only a part of our
requirements!
