Keywords: Csh dumping core with NFS directory in path. Message-ID: <179@hafro.is> Date: 10 Aug 90 15:50:48 GMT Organization: Marine Research Institute, Reykjavik Lines: 14 I have here Compaq portable 386 running ISC V 2.2, connected with WD Ethercard Plus and Ethernet to a net Sun3/4 of machines. The problem is csh. If I put in my path a directory that is mounted over NFS, I get the message "Memory fault - core dumped" and logout. This does not happen with sh and ksh. Has anybody had this experience or know any solution to this? -- ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Hedinn Valdimarsson uucp: {mcsun, enea}!hafro.is!hv Marine Research Institute, Reykjavik internet: hv@hafro.is - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
