I am trying to compile NNTP 1.5.8 under Xenix/286 2.3.2.  I am using Excelan's
LAN Workplace for Xenix/286 as TCP/IP software.  I compile it OK, but I
can't seem to install it right.  I install with the user deamons, which is after
the network stuff in the rc startup.  But when I go to telnet to socket 119,
the connection is refused.  Is there some files that have to be set up?  Do I 
have to configure nntp and Cnews from top to bottom, before I can even test
nntp?  Any help would greatly be appreciated.
