Can someone explain the purpose of the /usr/lib/uucp files Maxuuxqts and
Maxuuscheds? 

I can't find reference to them in the Admin manual, except where listed
as files associated with the commands uuxqts and uuscheds. 

I'd like to know what the values (1 or 2 - 2 seems to be the default)
control or represent....
