Please, surely someone must have a working termcap entry for the
Windows 3.0 Terminal in VT-100 mode?  

I've tried to put one together myself, going by the book (MS Windows
User Guide Appendix C,  and man 5 termcap), but I can't get it to
work.  Someone, somewhere must already have done this.
