The subject line says almost all of it.  I have a Vega VGA (8 bit) video card
that runs fine in the standard 640x480 VGA mode, but I would love to fire it
up in the 800x600 mode.  Does anyone know if Video 7 (or whatever their new
name is) has such a driver for Windows 3.0?

Also, is there such an item as a screen blanker that runs under Windows?  I do
use one under DOS that does indeed blank the Windows screen, but I found out
the hard way that you can't unblank the screen without rebooting :-(.
