The drivers are available on CompuServe, as file V2KW30.LZH (I think that's right) in the non-MS drivers library in the MSWIN forum. To unpack it, you'll need LHARC (available as LH113C.EXE, self-unpacking; to locate it, GO IBMFF to run the IBM File Finder). I downloaded, unpacked and installed the 800*600*16 driver last night (I'm running a TVGA with 256k) and it really makes a difference. I can now get 80 columns of text on the screen without maximizing the window. The Windows SETUP needs all the unpacked files in a single directory. I copied them to a diskette for my B: drive, and gave SETUP the path, but when it went to actually copy the files, it insisted on trying to read the A: drive. So I copied again to a floppy and stuck it in A: and SETUP was happy. Then it told me I needed to add DRIVER=EGA.DRV to my CONFIG.SYS, but when I went to reboot, EGA.DRV was bad/missing. Well, it turns out there's no EGA.* anywhere in my Windows directory or on the Windows installation disks, so I deleted that line, rebooted again and all was well. Happy downloading!
