The File Manager is supposed to be able to save your settings as you are about
to exit (You are asked if you would like to save your settings).  I ALWAYS
answer YES.... yet it NEVER gets saved?  The Windows manual clearly states that
this should save your configuration, yet it does not.  Is this  a BUG in the
file manager?  Or is my copy simply broken!
