Howdy!

Well, we answered our own question.  

Xterm will not work correctly when compiled using GNU C V1.37.1.

I don't know if it will work under older versions.

We compiled Xterm using the standard `cc` compiler and it worked fine.

WE FINALLY HAVE X UP AND RUNNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
