If you have the ULTRIX 4.0 license, then a MOTIF binary license is bundled with
it. However, the bits are on a seperate media, which you need to order
seperately.
You should contact your sales rep about this. By the way, it is version 1.0 of
MOTIF.

The OSF only supplies source licenses. If this is what you want, then
get it from
the OSF. DEC is not offering source licenses.

Getting the kit I refered to above, and combining it with a UWS (or UDW) kit
should result in the bulk of what you need.
