A while back there was someone who said that there was not enough 
complaints being filed by the handycapped concerning housing 
discrimination.  I forgot where a person who is handycapped, and is 
renting feels like they are being discriminated against can file their 
complaint.  Can anyone tell me the name of the bureau to file with, and 
the phone number, or adress?
