Yep, they're pretty much the same thing...only difference might be 
that some "commercial" books on tape are recorded at regular speed so 
that a regular tape unit can play them.  Talking Books are recorded at 
1 and 7/8 ips speed, which is 1/2 regular speed.   That way, they can 
get a couple hundred pages on one tape.
