Several questions come to mind: 1. For the employed, how do you feel about your job and job performance? 2. For the unemployed, what skills do you have which will be useful to an employer? 3. For the employed, do you feel you give more or less hours than those you're paid for? 4. For the unemployed, do you think you can give 40 hours of works for 40 hours of pay? 5.
