Have you tried Cokesbury?  I think that's the name of the place --
they're one of the big supply companies for Methodist stuff,
including hymnals, prayer books, Sunday School materials, and stuff 
like that.  Ask your local pastor for their phone number.  The
company is based in Pennsylvania, I think.  I don't know if they
carry Braille stuff, but they would be my first guess, and they
would certainly be worth a try.
