Hi Arthur: i Know this is going to sound rediculous, but have you
checked with the American Printing House? They used to print several
different church hymnals in full. I had a Methodist hymnal here that
was printed some time ago, but  they have not yet printed the new
edition of it. Good luck and a pleasure to meet you in this way.
